A moment out of time, repeated since the dawn of time, becomes a painting. Here on the shore of a vast
lake in central Mexico, the net has been cast in a wide arc. The dawn breaks as the net is drawn to shore
filled with the sun’s reflection and small fish; in contrast, the dark beach and the fascinating silhouette of
a fishing boat. Upon completion the painting was damaged in the upper left corner, and repaired.
Sold in a simple frame for $1800.
